CAP stands for 'Christians Against Poverty'. CAP is a national debt counselling charity working through a network of centres across the UK.
 
CAP offers hope and a solution to anyone in debt through its unique, in-depth service.

CAP Money is a FREE, comprehensive, yet simple money management course to help you get and then stay in control of your finances.

CAP Money has helped lots of people, no matter what their income, for example, those in debt, people adjusting their finances following a change in circumstabces and those just interested in managing their money better.

The CAP Money course

• Involves attending 3 weekly sessions of just 2 hours
• Includes a 30 minute DVD presentation at each session
• Gives you details of a simple money management system
• Provides you with a personal money coach, someone who
  is trained to help you prepare a budget tailor made for your
  circumstances
• Is confidential, you can share as much or as little of your
  personal circumstances as you wish.
